Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Single cards must be returned in their original condition.

Sealed products and accessories must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Unwanted Items

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned must meet our returns eligibility criteria.

For excessive or repeated returns, we reserve the right to apply a restocking deduction where appropriate.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where applicable, we may request images to assess the issue.

Confirmed faulty or damaged items will typically be replaced or refunded.

Where appropriate, a prepaid return label may be provided.

Pre-Order & Unreleased Items

Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before the item has been dispatched, please contact us.

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund.

Once a pre-order item has been dispatched, standard return conditions apply.

Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened sealed products

• Items not in original condition

• Products returned outside the return window

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your payment provider.
